So far as is known by the writer, Theophilus and Elizabeth Eason lived and died in Greene County, North Carolina. On
December 22, 1819, Theophilus Eason of Greene County sold William Moore, Sr., of Pitt County for $265.00 a tract of
land of 67 1/4 acres south-east of Ward's Run in Pitt County adjoining Ichabod Tyson and Kinchen Davis, witnessed by
Ichabod Moore and Redick Johnson.
